London International Horse Show Training Weeks at Dog Sports Derby

Train for London. Experience the equipment. Run the judge’s courses.

Dog Sports Derby is proud to be supplying the agility equipment for the London International Horse Show – and this November and December, we’re bringing the London experience to DSD.

For two dedicated London International Horse Show Training Weeks, our indoor arena will feature the same equipment that we’ll be supplying for London, including the extra-large competition wings, sponsored feature wings and 6ft jump poles.

Even better, the indoor courses will be designed by Amanda Luttman – judge at the London International Horse Show.

If you’ve qualified for London, this is the perfect opportunity to prepare your dog before the big event – getting them comfortable with the larger equipment, different visual picture and Amanda’s style of courses.

Not competing at London? You certainly don’t need to be!

These weeks are also a fantastic opportunity to proof your dog on something different, experience major-event-style equipment and train Amanda Luttman courses in your own time.

2nd – 6th December – London Training Arena Hire

From 2nd – 6th December, the London equipment and Amanda Luttman courses will remain set in our indoor arena and will be available for members to book for private hire.

Book your own training time and work through the courses at your own pace.

The same style of equipment that we’ll be supplying for London will be in use, including the larger wings, sponsored feature wings and 6ft poles.

The indoor ring will once again feature Amanda Luttman courses, giving you the opportunity to train the London judge’s style of courses on the London equipment just weeks before the event itself.

Qualified for London?

This is a brilliant opportunity to add some specific preparation before the big day.

Give your dog experience of the larger wings, longer poles and more imposing feature jumps, while practising courses designed by the judge you’ll be running under at London.

Build confidence, proof your skills and make the London setup feel that little bit more familiar before you step into the ring.

Come and train it anyway!

You don’t need to be competing at London to take advantage of these weeks.

Use the opportunity to proof your dog on different equipment, tackle bigger visual obstacles and experience major-event-style courses and equipment in a training environment.

It’s something different from your everyday arena hire – and a great addition to your winter training.
